If I could have given zero stars for customer service I would have. Please, please do not order from this vendor. I ordered the polished steel palm leaf. The leaf came in the nice silver finish as seen in the pic on his sight, with the exception of two of the leaves on the palm. They were totally black. As if the polisher totally missed them. I reached out to vendor not for a return or refund, I just nicely asked him how I could get rid of the black on the two leaves. He was curt and rude. I replied to him explaining that I just wanted to fix what was wrong with it. He was even ruder the second time. Now I have to foot the bill to return this subpar product. Please look elsewhere for a better product and a nicer person.
